PULASKI, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- New York State Police are investigating a "domestic dispute" that happened on the morning of Oct. 8 on Port Street in the Village of Pulaski.
According to troopers, the incident involved a father and son. One person left the scene on foot and was being searched for by law enforcement.
Pulaski Schools were originally delayed due to the investigation, but were later switched to closed.
A shelter-in-place alert had been sent out from Oswego County 911 earlier in the morning that read in part, "Informing you to shelter in place due to an armed male in the area. The subj is described as a 50 to 60 year old male wearing a grey t-shirt and pajama pants..." The alert has since been cleared.
