BJP chief spokesperson Mariahom Kharkrang has welcomed the state government’s decision to abolish interviews for Grade IV posts, citing it as a step towards bringing transparency in the recruitment process.

Speaking to media persons on Wednesday, Kharkrang expressed his appreciation for the government’s move, stating that it is a positive step towards ensuring fairness in the selection process.

“We hope that this decision will be implemented across all departments and there will be no more interviews for Grade IV posts,” he added.

The government has issued a notification in this regard, and the BJP spokesperson expects all departments to adhere to the new policy.
