CLEVELAND — More traffic impacts are in store for drivers on I-90 as the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) continues its $173 million project to replace the pavement on I-90 between West Boulevard in Cleveland to Hilliard Boulevard in Rocky River .
Starting on Friday, Oct. 17 at 7 p.m., I-90 eastbound at West 117th Street will be reduced to two lanes through mid-November for emergency bridge repairs. According to ODOT, on that same day, the West 117th southbound ramp to I-90 East will be closed until mid-November.
The detour will be I-90 West to West 140th Street to I-90 East.
