According to maps from WX Charts, snow could arrive on Friday, October 24.

A total of eight counties in England could be hit that day - including two in the Midlands - with weather charts turning purple.

Around 2cm of snowfall is expected to descend on Staffordshire and Shropshire.

Other counties in England that could experience snowfall that day is Cheshire, Derbyshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire.
