HOLIDAY, Fla. (WFLA) — Three women and a 9-year-old boy were hurt after a SUV hit a pool, went airborne, and then crashed into a home in Holiday.
The Florida Highway Patrol said a 46-year-old woman from Holiday was traveling on Riverlawn Court around 6:20 p.m. Tuesday when she suffered a medical emergency and lost control of her Hyundai Santa Fe.
Troopers said the SUV accelerated and entered the property of a home at 3226 Bahia Drive.
The SUV then collided with a chain-link fence, a wooden fence, and a swimming pool.
