HB 113 requires Florida state universities and colleges to redesignate a specified road after conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

The bill was filed by State Rep. Kevin Steele, R–Dade City.

The bill would require "state funds to be withheld" for any university that fails to redesignate a road or portion of roadway within specified time period.
