When a young pup believes she has found her place, life feels settled. Routines form, favorite spots appear, and familiar faces bring comfort. Losing that stability can be crushing. The sounds change, the smells change, and confusion sets in.

Stella knows that feeling. Adopted as a tiny puppy, she was brought back to the shelter before her first birthday. Her family said she was simply too much. Overnight, the world she trusted disappeared, and she was back in the kennel she thought she had left behind.
