Two fugitives who were charged in separate homicides in Winnipeg last year have been added to a national charity’s updated list of Canada’s top 25 most-wanted suspects.

Tresor Horimbere is wanted in connection with a fatal shooting at a Winnipeg soccer complex, while Chad Jason Dandan is wanted in the slaying of a victim who police say was abducted.

They were added to the Bolo Program’s list of most-wanted fugitives Wednesday. Horimbere is ranked fourth on the list. Dandan is ranked seventh.

The updated list was published on the program’s website ahead of a virtual news conference that will be held in Vancouver.

A detective with the Winnipeg Police Service’s homicide unit is scheduled to speak to reporters Wednesday afternoon.
