Eamonn Holmes has sparked concern once again after sharing that he’s been in hospital for yet another unexpected procedure.

The 65-year-old GB News presenter posted two photos on Instagram on Wednesday showing himself recovering from treatment, and followers were quick to flood the comments with messages of worry and support.

Both images showed Eamonn with a patch on his right eye, as the TV presenter explained that he had just been in hospital.

In one image, medical staff have neatly applied the patch; in another, Eamonn’s own effort is less polished.

In typical Eamonn fashion, he captioned the post: ‘One of these eye patches was put on in hospital and the other one by me. See if u can guess which? P.S. U should see the other guy !!!!’
