Fly Creek Cider Mill , a family-owned cidery just west of Cooperstown , earned the No. 3 spot on USA Today ’s ranking of America’s 10 best cideries. Since 2002, the mill has been crafting hard ciders, apple wines and apple pie moonshine, delighting locals and visitors alike.
