A Catoosa County man will spend the rest of his life in prison after being convicted on multiple child molestation and incest charges.

A jury found Damien Doming guilty of aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, incest, and child molestation involving a child under 10.

The case began in 2024 when a nine-year-old disclosed that Doming, a former stepfather, had sexually assaulted the child while they lived in Ringgold.

The investigation was led by former Detective Brittany Gilleland and prosecuted by Senior Assistant District Attorney Beth Evans, with support from the Children’s Advocacy Center.
