How? With live cameras of the city, fact-checked claims and a live map of fire incidents in the city.

The conclusion of the website? No.

Portland has a history of useful websites – isatrainblocking11th.com may no longer be functional, but isitsnowinginpdx.com is still working (and sorry, the answer to that is no).

We reached out to the creators of this newest utility site to find out who they are and what inspired them but they have not yet responded to our request for comment.
