JACKSON COUNTY, Ind. —
Indiana State Police say a motorcyclist was seriously injured after crashing on Interstate 65 South, and they believe hay was a factor.
Police responded to I-65 S near the Seymour exit just before 3 p.m. Wednesday about the crash.
ISP says their preliminary investigation shows there was spilled hay in the road, which caused the motorcyclist to crash.
The motorcyclist was airlifted to a nearby hospital.
No other information about the motorcyclist and their condition has been released.
Police said drivers should expect slower traffic in the area as crews work to clear the scene.
