BROOK PARK, Ohio (WOIO) - The city of Brook Park and Haslam Sports Group met with ODOT’s Transportation Review Advisory Council (TRAC) board Wednesday going over presentations after submitting a TRAC funding application for $70.3 million.

The TRAC funding will be used for six of seven buildable unit upgrades needed for the new Browns stadium and mixed-use area.

The city’s mayor said they have also been meeting with federal leadership, including with Congressman Max Miller’s team as well as Senators Jon Husted and Bernie Moreno, to get prepared for when the government reopens and can pass a budget — so they can apply for different grant opportunities.
