FRONT ROYAL — The 53rd annual Festival of Leaves will kick off Friday evening and run through Saturday in downtown Front Royal.

Organized by the Front Royal Independent Business Alliance (FRIBA), the event sold out of vendor spots last week and has something for everyone — art, crafts, music, food and festive drinks.

“We have well over 200 vendors; well over 15 food trucks. We will have three stages full of live music all day,” said Lizi Lewis, director of community development and tourism with the Town of Front Royal and an organizer of the event. “The kids’ zone will be tucked over on Chester Street next to the elementary school and the beer garden is back with wine, beer and mead.”
