ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Kennesaw State students like Trinity Hardin say even though they’ve paid for a parking permit, finding a spot on campus can be challenging.
“It’s really bad,” Hardin said. “The first few weeks there were literally people turning us away and telling us to park in overflow lots.”
Makenzie Sanders said some of her friends even got ticketed just trying to get to class on time.
“People were getting tickets because they had to park in the wrong parking lot because there was no parking,” Sanders said.
According to KSU’s website, they have 16,216 parking spots, five parking decks and 18 busses running 11 different routes between the Kennesaw and Marietta campuses.
