TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The man and woman found dead in the backseat of a vehicle in Pima County last month have been identified.

A Pima County Sheriff’s Department source said the bodies of Danielle Bowie and Louis Fernando Fabela were located near West Ajo Highway and West Hermans Road on Sept. 22. That source also said it was likely a murder-suicide.

The PCSD had said that deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the desert area when the bodies were found. The PCSD also said it appears the bodies had been there for several days.

The Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner is conducting autopsies. 13 News has requested copies of the reports for both people.
