BROADVIEW, Ill. (WLS) -- A judge is expected to issue a temporary restraining order Thursday against the federal government over its use of force against protesters and journalists covering demonstrations at the Broadview ICE facility.
The Department of Homeland Security says protesters blocked ICE agents and ignored orders to move, forcing officers to use pepper balls.
