CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cleveland police have arrested four people, including three teenagers, and recovered four stolen cars this week as part of an investigation into a string of vehicle break-ins and thefts across the city.

The latest arrest happened about 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, when officers learned of a stolen vehicle on the near West Side. Authorities located the parked car and arrested a 15-year-old who was walking nearby at West 32nd Street and Erin Avenue, police said.

The teen was charged with receiving stolen property, and additional charges are pending. All four people arrested this week face the same charge.
