PHOENIX — A Valley business owner is warning others about her encounter with a well-known Arizona real estate broker —an incident that is under review for potential criminal charges.

Amber Aros, owner of Sincerely Cleaning, said what started as a normal business meeting quickly turned into a disturbing experience.

Aros told 12News she was scheduled to meet with real estate broker Eddie Gonzalez on September 23 to discuss cleaning services for his Phoenix home near 23rd Street and Indian School Road.

“They let me come in. We walk through the home, and then we set up a plan for their cleaning—whether they want monthly or biweekly cleanings,” Aros said, describing her usual process with new clients.

But that day, she said, Gonzalez opened the door completely unclothed.
