CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Green Bay Packers have mastered the art of the fast start this season, jumping out to early leads and putting immediate pressure on their opponents.

But as quarterback Jordan Love revealed on Wednesday, starting strong isn’t the issue – it’s what happens next that has become the team’s obsession.

“(We’re) starting these games fast and now it’s just, trying to switch it over to ending these games,” Love said. “Keeping that that foot on the gas, we get a lead and just keep going, just finishing better (in) some of these games.”

The statistics back up Love’s assessment.

In multiple games this season, including contests against Detroit, Cleveland and Dallas, the Packers built early leads only to find themselves in nail-biters late in the fourth quarter.
