G.W. Long and Providence Christian both went 2-0 on Tuesday at the Fall FestiVBALL at The Link Volleyball Academy, just outside of Wicksburg.

Tuesday was the second day of pool play at the tournament. The tourney concludes on Thursday with Gold Bracket and Silver Bracket play.

Long and PCS will both in the Gold Bracket after winning both of their pool matches on Tuesday. G.W. beat Ariton 25-15, 25-19 and Houston Academy 25-21, 25-19, while Providence Christian beat Enterprise 25-12, 25-20 and Geneva 25-20, 25-12.

Leading G.W. Long (21-11) was Kaylie Foster with 19 kills, six aces and six digs, Kaylie Joseph with 15 kills and four digs and Sawyer Hughes with 54 assists, five kills, two aces and six digs. Sophie Tibbetts had nine kills, Emory Strickland seven kills and Sophie Stevens five
