LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Frost Brown Todd (FBT) LLP is merging with New Jersey-based Gibbons P.C., forming a new national law firm, FBT Gibbons LLP, according to our partners at Louisville Business First .
Together, the firm will have 800 attorneys and 25 offices across the United States.
Robert Sartin, chairman of Frost Brown Todd, will lead the merged firm, with Adam Hall and Peter Torcicollo serving as co-managing partners.
FBT, Louisville's largest firm, has roughly 155 attorneys in the city and more than 1,100 employees nationwide. Gibbons, based in Newark, New Jersey, will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year.
The partnership is will be finalized on Jan. 1, 2026.
