A Black Hawk County Supervisor has been arrested and charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse, according to KWWL. 45 year old Christopher Schwartz is accused of taking pictures of the adult male victim while they were incapacitated and on another occasion the victim was incapacitated and woke up to Schwartz having sex with them. Both incidents are alleged to have happened in 2023. Schwartz is being held in the Black Hawk County Jail on a $50,000 bond. He has served on the Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors since 2016. He is also the Executive Director of the Iowa Food System Coalition.
