Nordborg Resort, the brand’s 28 th site in continental Europe, opened to guests in June and, keen to see if the classic Center Parcs experience could also deliver Scandi-style serenity, I decided to take my family on a little getaway. The real test is: can it keep a toddler in the throes of the terrible twos entertained, or will she be longing for her daily dose of Bluey and the familiar chaos of home?
