Hurricane Priscilla is losing strength in the Pacific, but forecasters say it will still deliver heavy rain and dangerous surf to Mexico’s Pacific coast and parts of Southern California starting Thursday.

The National Weather Service in San Diego says tropical moisture from Hurricane Priscilla is expected to sweep across Southern California from Thursday through Friday, bringing heavy rainfall to the San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego Counties mountains and stretching east into the deserts and Arizona.
