Could the popular 1990s alternative rock band Sugar be making a comeback?

Well, according to a recent report from Loudwire , it looks like that might be in the works.

What tipped the outlet off to that? Well, the band’s social media accounts are suddenly active, and have shared a pair of teasers from songs on the group’s “Copper Blue” album.

Sugar was only active from 1992 through 1995, meaning that this is the 30th anniversary of their final year together.

The band was fronted by Bob Mould with bassist David Barbe and drummer Malcolm Travis.

Mould is the best known of the group having previously played with Hüsker Dü in the 1980s.
