NEWBURGH – Police in the City of Newburgh are looking for a suspect in what first responders on the scene are calling a fatal shooting this morning.

It happened on North Miller Street at around 8:20 a.m. with reports from the scene saying an 11-year-old boy was shot in the head. That could not be immediately confirmed

Police have converged on the scene and Newburgh Free Academy has been placed on a lock out.
