WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump’s bid to win the Nobel Peace Prize has once again drawn added attention to the annual guessing game over who its next laureate will be.

The United States has had nearly two dozen Nobel Peace Prize winners throughout history, including four U.S. presidents.

There are 338 candidates nominated for the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize, of which 244 are individuals and 94 are organizations, according to the group .
