New Delhi, Oct 9: Union Home Minister Amit Shah conducted a detailed review of security scenario in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday, which included Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Senior Officers of Army, Police and Intelligence Agencies.
The meeting included a discussion on recent events and a comprehensive strategy to demolish terror structure in the Union Territory. Amit Shah stressed that security forces will keep working with full autonomy and with free hand to combat any threat for peace.
He also directed the agencies to coordinate and maintain high vigilance in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s terrorism-free Jammu and Kashmir vision.
