TOWN OF GREEN LAKE, Wis. — The Green Lake Sheriff's Office on Thursday identified the victim of a dump truck crash on Oct. 3 and arrested the other involved driver.

Authorities said that the pickup driver, 46-year-old Justen Poulson, was arrested and charged with homicide by negligent operation of a motor vehicle and knowingly operating while revoked causing death. Poulson is in custody at the Green Lake Correctional Facility on a $50,000 cash bond.

The crash was first reported at around 10:43 a.m. last week Friday along County Highway A near Miller Road. A loaded dump truck heading north on County Highway A crashed with a pickup truck traveling east on Miller Road.
