It's Thursday, which means the drought monitor was updated this morning. It's probably not a surprise that there has been an expansion of drought conditions across mid-Missouri. The worst of it in our southeastern counties.
There is still not widespread rain in the forecast. There is, however, spotty showers possible on Friday morning. Showers will be pretty isolated with many of us staying dry. The evening will be drier than the morning.
This means high school football games across mid-MO will not have to worry about rain!
The weekend will stay warm and dry, perfect for Mizzou game vs Alabama on Saturday.
Sunday will be the warmer day of the weekend.
