ATLANTA, Ga. - A teacher at Luella High School in Henry County is on administrative leave after being arrested in what police are calling a prostitution sting.

Four others were also arrested, two of whom were law enforcement officers.

Former students at Luella High School said he taught them math years ago and they were disgusted and disappointed to hear of his arrest.

“We want to stop the pandering, we want to stop the sex trafficking, we want to stop the prostitution,“ said Henry County Investigator Richard Bias. He says Operation Johns and Bonds helped.

Fireworks in restroom raise alarm at Josey High School

Fireworks caused some chaos at Josey High School on Wednesday morning. School officials say someone set off fireworks in one of the restrooms.
