A 'dangerous' sex attacker has been jailed for 15 years as the woman he raped was commended for her 'immeasurable bravery'.

Richard Allmark - who was branded a danger to women - pushed his victim and strangled her, using both hands.

He also whipped her with his necklace before punching and kicking her.

The 21-year-old was convicted of two charges of rape, intentional strangulation and assault occasioning actual bodily harm following a trial earlier this year.

However earlier this month, Staffordshire Police was forced to put out a wanted appeal for a smirking Allmark, who has continued to dispute his victim's version of events despite the jury's verdict.
