90 Day Fiancé’s Leida Margaretha listed Eric Rosenbrook as her “husband” in court documents months after dropping her effort to legally separate, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

On September 29, Margaretha, 36, filed court docs in her new criminal case over alleged identity theft, where she said her household consists of her and Rosenbrook, 47, whom she labeled as both her “husband” and “spouse.”

Margaretha also checked the box indicating she was married.

As Us first reported, Margaretha filed a petition for legal separation from Rosenbrook on July 28. The split came weeks after Rosenbrook was arrested for allegedly slapping Margaretha (he pleaded not guilty to charges of battery and disorderly conduct and his criminal case is pending), which was followed by the death of their newborn
