A man was shot and taken to a hospital in good condition after a shooting by Chicago police Thursday afternoon in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.
The shooting happened at 111th and State streets, according to the Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA).
The man shot was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in good condition while two Chicago police officers who were not injured were taken to Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Evergreen Park, according to the fire department.
