Dr. Courtney Mason hasn’t made as many headlines as other Cornwall alumni.

He isn’t a household name like Ryan Gosling and he isn’t a known entity within the hockey world like Chad Kilger.

He is set to be elected to the Royal Society of Canada (RSC), one of the highest academic honours a person can receive in Canada. He’s in the same cohort as Dr. Erin Maloney , who’s from the Cornwall area and is now a researcher based at the University of Ottawa.
