CORVALLIS, Ore. — The University of Providence earned the top spot in the 2025-26 Cascade Collegiate Conference Women’s Wrestling Preseason Poll, announced by the conference office on Thursday.

The Argos collected six first-place votes and 62 total points in the coaches’ poll. Last season, Providence finished as the CCC Tournament runner-up but led all CCC teams at the NAIA Women’s Wrestling Championships with a national champion and two additional All-Americans, placing sixth overall.

Southern Oregon University, the reigning CCC women’s wrestling champion, received two first-place votes and 58 points to rank second. The Raiders placed seventh at the national championships, producing five All-Americans.
