Minnesota native Daniel Rosen has officially been chosen as the state's top federal prosecutor.
On Tuesday, Rosen was confirmed as the next U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota by the Republican-led Senate by a narrow 51-47 vote.
Rosen has more than 30 years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial litigation at the federal and state level. He graduated from the Minnesota Law School in 1994 and served as partner-in-charge for Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine when the Miami-based firm opened a Minneapolis office in 2017.
Rosen is the principal of Minneapolis-based Rosen LLC.
