New details have emerged about Max Ehrich ‘s arrest this week.

The 34-year-old actor, who is best known for his Daytime Emmy-nominated role on The Young and the Restless and for previously being engaged to Demi Lovato , was arrested in Florida on Tuesday night (October 7) for domestic violence.

At the time, it was reported that Max was arrested for battery on a person 65 or older and now it has been revealed that the victim was his mother.

TMZ reports that police were called to Max ‘s home while he was live streaming at home, during which he allegedly got violent with his mom.

The mother told cops that Max “heavily abuses inhalants” and that they had an argument that evening over her phone, with him trying to take it from her. She says he had consumed nitrous oxide bef
