HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Blue Fork Kitchen in Hastings is set to close, according to owner Jamey Hamburger.

Their final day of business will be Saturday, Oct. 11.

The restaurant has been open for almost four years in the Cimarron Plaza.

In the closure announcement, they noted that all Blue Fork Kitchen gift cards will still work at Hamburger’s other business, Odyssey, located in downtown Hastings.
