PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Banana ball is officially coming to Oregon next year.
The Savannah Bananas announced on Thursday that they will be taking on the Party Animals in a pair of games on June 27-28 at Autzen Stadium in Eugene.
Those interested in buying tickets will have to do so through a lottery system, which runs through Oct. 31. Click here to sign up for the lottery.
The Bananas have become a viral sensation over the years and play a unique style of baseball that features choreographed dances, unique uniforms, epic scoring celebrations and plenty of family-friendly fan involvement -- spectators can even record outs by catching a foul ball.
The games also have a two-hour time limit and feature unique rules that include batters stealing first base and no walks allowed.
