Highland Spring has posted 13.5% sales growth to £148.2m, as it continues to progress towards a stated ambition of £200m.
The Perthshire-based group's results for year end to 31 December 2024 revealed 10.8% year-on-year growth in the bottled water category, with retail sales reaching £1.8bn. This far outpaced the wider market, which saw a 2.3% increase.
Value sales growth was driven by plain still waters, which represents 65% of the total water category, and was up 12.6% against 2023 figures.
Total UK retail sales came in at more than £200m, with Highland Spring reinforcing its position as the UK’s number one water brand, with a retail volume share of 9.8% and a value share of 11%. Total sales reached 306 million litres last year.
