It's another beautiful day in the neighborhood and today is something of a weather unicorn. We have the cooler temperatures in the mid-70s, so mimic Thursday, but we have the sunshine and beautiful sky conditions to mimic this weekend. All in all, we could hardly ask for a better way to kickstart the weekend.

Saturday and Sunday stay sunny with high temperatures near 80. Humidity will stay low and breezes will be pleasant.

Next work-week features very gradual warming up to the mid-80s by mid-week but stays generally mild and sunny throughout. Appreciable rain is not expected for the foreseeable future.

FRIDAY: AM partly cloudy, midday sunshine. High temperatures in the mid-70s. Wind: Starting SE, becoming NE 5-10 mph.

TONIGHT: Clear skies, chilly. Lows in the low 50s. Wind: E 5 mph.
