Temperatures started in the 30s and 40s on Friday morning and they will increase into the 60s and our StormTracker meteorologists are closely following the possibility of a strong nor'easter late this weekend that brings the risk of power outages.

The likelihood of this happening is increasing as weather models come into agreement.

The timing will be Sunday and Monday, and the storm could bring strong winds, heavy rain, local power outages and coastal flooding.

Here's what we know so far.

An area of low pressure will develop near the Southeast U.S. coast on Saturday. Locally, it'll be dry and pleasant.

On Sunday, that coastal low pressure system will move northward, just along or offshore of the U.S. East Coast.
