TREMONT, Maine (WABI) - Two men are facing charges in connection with drug overdoses that left one man dead.

60-year-old David Baker of Franklin and 55-year-old Nicholas Parlatore of Tremont are both facing charges of aggravated trafficking in drugs resulting in death and serious bodily injury.

Back in January of 2024, officials tell us two men were found unresponsive inside a resident in Tremont, according to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office.

Police say one of the victims died as a result.

Authorities add after a year and a half investigation, arrest warrants were issued for Baker and Parlatore.

Both men were in court Wednesday where bail was set at 15-thousand dollars each.
