The sudden death of Punjabi actor and bodybuilder Varinder Singh Ghuman shocked the entertainment industry, prompting grief from actors like Salman Khan. Ghuman passed away on Thursday at the age of 47 following a cardiac arrest. His nephew, Amanjot Singh Ghuman, confirmed that Varinder suffered the fatal cardiac arrest around 5 pm while receiving treatment at a hospital in Jalandhar.

The 'Sikandar' actor on X shared a throwback picture with Varinder from the sets of his action film 'Dabangg' (2010). He the post as, "Rest in peace praa (brother). Vil miss paaji (elder brother)...(sic)." In the picture Salman can be seen smiling in his police uniform, standing beside Ghuman.
