Midlothian police have seized a large quantity of narcotics and stolen vehicles in a raid in Bonnyrigg.

Officers executed a warrant on a business unit at Sherwood Industrial Estate on Thursday, October 9, and found 23 stolen vehicles and class A drugs with a street value of £230,000.

Police Scotland have confirmed that over 100 containers and found large quantities of cocaine and herbal cannabis, as well as five stolen cars, 14 stolen motorbikes and four stolen quadbikes.

They believe that the vehicles were taken from the Midlothian and Edinburgh area.
