BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) - Boardman police are investigating after over $83,000 in tools and machinery were taken from a job site in Boardman.
The theft was reported Thursday morning when crews arrived at the job site on Thalia Avenue. The work was being done on a residence.
A tool trailer parked out front was broken into, and two stand-up grinders were missing, along with miscellaneous tools that were taken from the trailer and the residence, totalling over $80,000.
The police report said that the front door of the job site was boarded up, but all other entry points were not secure.
