MISSOURI -- As we enter mid-October, a fall feeling might be creeping up your spine. To scratch that itch, here are the different fall festivals and activities being held the weekend of Oct. 10-12.

The 59th Apple Butter Makin' Days has already kicked off in Mount Vernon, with vendors starting before dawn, cooking up the famed apple butter.

The festival, voted "Rural Missouri" magazine's Best Festival three years in a row, will be happening until Sunday, Oct. 12. You can catch a parade, listen to a "husband calling" contest, root for your favorite pup in the weiner dog races, enjoy a car show, and more.

In Hollister, the Grape and Fall Festival begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11, on Historic Downing Street.
